Shipping + Returns

Shipping is FREE! (Price shown includes shipping)

Our local post office is closed on the weekend, so our shipping center is as well. This means all orders placed late Friday and on the weekends will not ship out until the following week. We only ship during the shipping centers business hours, which are Monday-Friday.

We ship through USPS.

RETURN POLICY

Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with any item, simply return it!

Time Frame: items must be received back to us no later than 21 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.

The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you may not receive your full refund and can further decide if you would like the item back via you pay for shipping.

The Exceptions: items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 30% or more, jewelry, and scarves are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted. 

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Refund Type: Refund via Paypal. If you paid with your Paypal account, the refund will show in your balance on your account. You then have the option yourself of transferring the funds back to your card or account via Paypal.
If you paid with a card through Paypal, your refund will go back on your card. Please allow 7-10 days processing time for this option to allow Paypal time to process on their end. You can also specify if you'd like store credit.

Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Exchanges: We will gladly exchange an item for a different size. Once we receive the original item back to us, we will ship out to you the new item.
